Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
- Experience in a voice process or customer support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with international BPO operations is a plus.
