As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members meet performance targets, and providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in the international voice process.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
