Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.

- Document customer interactions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.




- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with international voice processes is advantageous.
