The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business loans, KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, and the formation of LLPs (Limited Liability Partnerships) and partnerships. This role is crucial in assisting clients with their financing needs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze loan applications from businesses, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct thorough KYC checks to verify the identity of clients and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide guidance to clients on the best financing options available, including business loans and partnership structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.
