Job Summary

The role will be responsible for driving Distribution Marketing, Client & Partner Engagement, Brand Experience and Trade Marketing initiatives for the Distribution business. The position will work closely with Sales, Distribution, Content, Brand, Regional teams and external partners to strengthen partner relationships, enhance brand visibility and create high-impact business engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Partner Engagement
• Develop and execute strategic engagement programs for key Distribution partners, including MSOs, LCOs, affiliates, strategic clients and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Build differentiated engagement platforms that strengthen partner relationships, brand affinity and business outcomes.
• Plan and execute LCO Meets, Affiliate Meets, Partner Meets, CTO/Leadership Meets and regional engagement programs across markets.
• Create customized engagement initiatives for key partners based on business priorities and relationship objectives.




• Coordinate with Sales and Distribution teams to identify partner opportunities and translate them into marketing-led engagement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end partner communication, experience design, event execution and post-event engagement.

2. Brand Experience & Experiential Marketing
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of brand experience initiatives for the Distribution business.
• Develop cutting-edge on-ground and phygital experiences that bring the company's brands, content and business proposition to life.
• Create memorable partner experiences across events, celebrations, festive activations, awards, market engagements and bespoke initiatives.
• Manage experience strategy across multiple touchpoints including venue branding, installations, AV experiences, collateral, gifting, hospitality and digital engagement.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all partner-facing experiences.
