Job Description
▪Provide first-level technical support for the Plant Execution System (PES) across assigned plants, resolving routine issues within SLA
▪Coordinate the governance and maintenance of Plant Operating System standards, ensuring documentation is current and aligned with process owner and SME updates.
▪Track recurring inquiries and user feedback to identify and drive improvements in standards, training resources, knowledge management, and Plant Operating System effectiveness.
▪Prioritize PES and CI tool issues; resolve routine tickets directly and escalate specialized or complex issues to Global CI leaders
▪Drive the adoption of the execution system as a strategic learning platform, enabling knowledge sharing and capability development
▪Maintain and update the CI Library with new tools, templates, and completed project documentation
▪Compile and distribute routine CI/PES performance reports and dashboards for plant and regional leadership
▪Serve as first point of contact between plant operators and the Global CI team for day-to-day requests
