Job Summary
Brand & Social Media Marketing will lead the planning and execution of integrated brand and marketing initiatives for Adani OneApp. The role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business growth through strategic management of digital, social, influencer, content, and offline marketing initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, media partners, and influencers to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management
• Lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategies that strengthen Adani OneApp’s market presence and brand equity
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
• Drive the creation of compelling brand campaigns in collaboration with creative and content teams
• Establish governance processes to ensure brand guideline adherence across internal and partner-led marketing activities




• Evaluate market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and campaign development

2. Social Media & Content Management
• Own the overall social media strategy and content direction across all key platforms
• Lead the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual content roadmaps aligned with brand and business objectives
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand affinity through data-led content planning and optimisation
• Monitor platform trends and recommend cutting-edge content formats and engagement approaches
• Track and analyse social performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness

3. Influencer Marketing
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that support brand and campaign objectives
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships
