4. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Update and maintain the books of accounts and ledgers




• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
• Ensure correctness and accuracy of accounts at all times
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
• Knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
• Monitor any variances from the projected budget, accounting systems and processes.

5. Required Qualification & Experience:
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commerce
• Any additional Post Graduate Certificate or Degree will get added preference
• At least 1-2 months of US bookkeeping experience would be an added advantage.

6. Competencies:
• Should have knowledge of US accounting
• Working experience of Quick Books and other software applications for accounting for US entities
• Accounting knowledge
• Understanding accounting best practices
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or another accounting framework
• High attention to overall accounting systems & processes
