Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves understanding client requirements, proposing suitable fire protection and detection solutions,



and preparing technical and commercial offers in line with industry standards and company policies. The Technical Sales Engineer will conduct site visits, support design and estimation teams, deliver technical presentations, and participate in negotiations with clients and consultants. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal project and service teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. The role also includes tracking opportunities, updating sales reports, and contributing to business growth while adhering to the organization’s safety and quality guidelines.
