Role Description

We’re looking for 4–5 motivated interns to join the Manasya team and gain hands-on experience working with a growing mental health platform.

Location - Recent Delhi | Gurgaon

This is an opportunity for people who want to learn, contribute and actually be involved in building something, rather than simply add an internship to their CV.

1. Partnerships & Growth Intern

You’ll work closely with our team on:

• Identifying potential institutional, corporate and strategic partners
• Lead generation and prospect research
• Cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups




• Researching organisations and potential collaboration opportunities
• Supporting business development and partnership conversations
• Building and maintaining our outreach pipeline
• Supporting growth initiatives and campaigns

2. Social Media & Marketing Intern

You’ll take ownership of activities related to our social media presence, including:

• Content ideation and planning
• Instagram and LinkedIn content
• Captions, posts, reels and campaign concepts
• Social media research and trend tracking
• Supporting launches, campaigns and community initiatives
• Monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities for growth
• Helping strengthen Manasya’s digital presence

What you’ll gain
