Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience with renowned automotive component manufacturers such as Gabriel India, Endurance Technologies, Varroc Engineering,
or Brembo India is preferred. Candidates should possess solid exposure to the two-wheeler segment and have worked closely with key OEMs, including Bajaj Auto and TVS Motor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for sales management of one or several customers from quote to serial production
• Responsible for Budget including yearly sales budget and monthly forecast as well as gap analysis with relevant countermeasures.
• Shares the responsibility for timing, quality, and cost of customer product portfolios with the other team members of the respective program team
• Develops customer strategy, e.g. develops and implements long-term profitable growth strategy for the customer in alignment with the overall BU strategy
• Responsible for business acquisition, in line with customer strategy
• Responsible for profitability, pricing, volume & sales budget, as well as forecast.
