We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid customer acquisition across digital channels. This is a specialist performance marketing role focused on paid media, D2C/e-commerce growth, campaign optimisation, revenue generation, and marketing efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing performance campaigns, significant advertising budgets, and full-funnel acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through data-led decision-making, continuous experimentation, audience optimisation, and effective collaboration with creative and e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant advertising platforms.




• Own and manage significant monthly advertising budgets with a focus on efficient allocation and profitable growth.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across the full customer funnel.
• Continuously monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, revenue, and LTV.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for new customer acquisition, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and high-value customer cohorts.
• Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad formats, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.
• Work closely with creative, content, design, and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
