Role Description The Sales Manager role at Asset Tree Homes is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process for residential projects, including lead generation, client engagement, property presentations, and closing sales. This role involves managing and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, tracking performance, and preparing regular sales reports for leadership. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and project teams to develop promotional strategies, support site visits,



and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The position also requires maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and using market insights to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, including performance monitoring and coaching.
• Experience with basic sales reporting, pipeline management, and use of CRM or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Tamil is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market or willingness to quickly learn local market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent
