Responsibilities:





• Handle international billing-related voice calls and chat interactions from global clients across multiple time zones

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction

• Resolve complex billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account-related concerns with high precision

• Uphold best practices in customer service, including active listening, empathy, and skilled communication

• Adapt seamlessly to rotational shift schedules and evolving business demands

• Maintain strict adherence to process compliance, data security, and service quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in an International Billing Voice Process (mandatory)

• Freshers are not eligible

• Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate qualification in any discipline

• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Solid technical aptitude and analytica
