What You'll Do
• Lead reviews and analysis of business and IT processes, gather client requirements, and author functional and technical design documents guiding solutions from definition through implementation and training.
• Partner with Business Leadership to identify strategic needs,



high-level requirements, potential technology solutions, and measurable business benefits for enterprise application projects.
• Recommend Oracle-standard design approaches that reduce customization, improve maintainability, and strengthen performance, supporting the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Develop and support integrations and extensions using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, JSON, Visual Builder, Redwood extension patterns, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle APEX, and relevant OCI services.
• Manage and support Oracle system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and system defects.
• Apply influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques to address underlying business challenges and implement best-practice solutions.
• Alert project managers to potential risks and issues and prepare and present reports on system performance
