Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Public Cloud Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our public cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of cloud resources. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading public cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), solid troubleshooting skills,
and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Management and Support:
• Monitor and manage the health and performance of cloud-based resources (e.g., virtual machines, storage, networks, databases).
• Provide technical support for issues related to public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ensure cloud resources are properly configured and optimized for performance, cost, and security.
• Participate in On-call rotations
Incident Management and Troubleshooting:
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to public cloud environments.
• Investigate and diagnose cloud service issues, escalating to senior engineers or cloud providers when needed.
• Ensure proper root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
