About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & MarTech skilled who can drive growth across

paid digital channels while also owning the technology, tracking, automation, and customer lifecycle

ecosystem that supports performance marketing.

This is not a pure media-buying role. We are looking for someone who understands the complete

growth funnel — from acquisition and conversion to retention and repeat purchases — and can use

MarTech, data, automation, CRM, and analytics to improve overall marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM

platforms, CDPs, marketing automation, attribution, dashboards, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube,

Performance Max, Search, Shopping,



and other relevant platforms.

Own campaign performance against key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, revenue, conversion

rate, AOV, and contribution margin.

Develop and optimize TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU strategies.

Manage budget allocation across campaigns, products, audiences, geographies, and channels.

Identify opportunities for scaling while maintaining target CAC/ROAS.

Work closely with creative and merchandising teams to improve campaign performance.

Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities.

2. MarTech & Marketing Technology

Own and improve the MarTech ecosystem supporting acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Work with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, CRM/CDP platforms,

marketing automation platforms, attribution tools, and analytics platforms.

Ensure proper implementation and tracking of marketing events across website and marketing

platforms.
