Job Family Definition:
Provides technical support for the deployment, operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of intelligent automation solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. Works closely with developers, solution architects, application teams, and infrastructure teams to support the implementation, integration, testing, release, and production operation of automation solutions.
Responsibilities include planning and executing deployments, configuring and administering solution environments, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, monitoring automation processes, managing incidents and changes, and supporting the release of solutions into production.
