Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diamond Setter role based in Mumbai. The Diamond Setter will be responsible for setting diamonds and other gemstones into various types of fine jewelry, ensuring secure placement and a high-quality finish. Daily tasks include reviewing design specifications, preparing mountings, selecting appropriate setting techniques, and inspecting stones and settings for accuracy and durability. The role involves collaborating with jewelry designers and goldsmiths, maintaining tools and workstations, and adhering to safety and quality standards.



The Diamond Setter is expected to meet production timelines while maintaining consistent craftsmanship.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess precision skills in Engraving , Hand setting and micro setting techniques for detailed craftsmanship.
• Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, hand–eye coordination, and ability to work with small components and delicate materials.
• Candidates should possess experience in fine jewellery and familiarity with different setting styles (e.g., prong, bezel, pavé, channel).
• Candidates should possess the ability to follow design specifications, work collaboratively with a workshop team, and meet production deadlines.
• Candidates should possess prior experience of minimum 5 years in a jewelry workshop or manufacturing environment; formal training or certification in jewelry arts is an advantage.
