Job Overview
The Talent Partner, India serves as the dedicated regional recruiting and People Operations partner for BusPatrol’s growing India organization. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role leads full-cycle recruiting while serving as the primary on-the-ground People partner in India. Key responsibilities include establishing scalable recruiting operations, supporting onboarding + office expansion, coordinating compliance, managing regional People policies and processes, and providing localized operational support.
This position plays a critical role in enabling BusPatrol’s strategic India expansion and offshore productivity initiatives by improving hiring speed and candidate quality, strengthening onboarding readiness, supporting office establishment and oversight, and managing vendors and recruiting agencies. Working closely with Product & Technology, Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, and the broader People team, the Talent Partner will help build the talent infrastructure needed to support continued regional growth.




This role is ideal for someone with 8–10 years of combined recruiting and People Operations experience who enjoys building recruiting programs and employee experiences from the ground up while partnering closely with business leaders in a rapid-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for India-based positions primarily across Product, Engineering, Data, IT, Operations, and other corporate functions

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, job descriptions, interview maps, workforce plans, and hiring timelines, holding teams accountable to our internal SLAs and speed to hire + quality of hire standards

• Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, agencies, and local market networking
