The Capacity Planning function sits in the Operations department of Pearson VUE.
The Advanced Associate Test Centre Support role is responsible for managing the site availability processes including creating schedule data and entering these in the testing system. The Advanced Associate Test Centre Support is also responsible to ensure that all client and candidate expectations are met. The role will act as an advisor to stakeholders offering strategic capacity planning advice with the goal of increasing utilisation and increased volume of testing to the benefit of Pearson VUE and third-party partners.
