Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition
team and ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process.
The role will manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, working closely with Recruiters,
Hiring Managers, interview panel members, and candidates. The ideal candidate should be
highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple hiring activities in a fast-
paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and recruitment coordination.
● Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and interview panels to ensure timely hiring
progress.
● Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, including calendars, meeting links, rooms,
and logistics.
● Manage candidate communication, interview confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-
ups.
● Track interviewer availability and follow up on pending feedback.
● Support Recruiters with assessments, documentation, candidate updates, and day-to-




day recruitment activities.
● Maintain accurate candidate records and interview stages in the ATS.
● Update recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring data.
● Support hiring drives, recruitment events, offer coordination, and pre-onboarding
activities.
● Identify scheduling or process bottlenecks and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
● Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring
process.
● Support recruitment coordination across the US, UK, Canada, and EMEA, with flexibility
to work across different time zones as business needs require
Qualifications
● 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition Operations, or a
similar role.
● Solid experience in interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
● Experience working with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and interview panels.
● Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or simi
