We are currently seeking a Z2_Software and application engineering - Python Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to drive automation initiatives in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, IAM concepts, and cloud-native technologies. This role requires solid leadership, ownership, and the ability to collaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure IAM solutions.
Primary Skills / Must-to-Know
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of IAM automation solutions using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with system architects and stakeholders to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Drive implementation of IAM best practices across cloud and containerized environments.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to security standards.
• Own and manage the full lifecycle of IAM automation projects from concept to deployment.
• Integrate IAM solutions with AWS services and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
