Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now IRM Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust Identity Risk Management solutions within the Service Now platform. The successful candidate will play a critical part in enhancing our security posture by designing scalable integrations and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. This position demands a deep understanding of the Service Now ecosystem combined with strong technical proficiency in modern web standards and development methodologies.
Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Service Now IRM modules and workflows to meet evolving organizational security needs.

- Engineer complex integrations using REST and SOAP web services to connect Service Now with external applications and data sources.

- Write efficient, maintainable code utilizing Java Script, JSON, and XML to manipulate data structures and enhance application functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

- Utilize remote collaboration tools to facilitate effective communication and project coordination across distributed teams.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to API integrations and system performance to ensure high availability.

- Apply strong problem-solving abilities to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.





- Maintain clear and concise documentation while communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a specific focus on the Service Now platform.

- Proven expertise in Service Now Integration Development, particularly within the Identity Risk Management (IRM) domain.

- Advanced proficiency in Java Script, JSON, and XML for building custom applications and data handling.

- Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services, including the ability to design, implement, and debug API connections.

- Demonstrated capability to work effectively within Agile and Scrum frameworks.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving intricate technical challenges.

- Excellent communication abilities, capable of articulating technical details clearly in a professional setting.

- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and the ability to thrive in a distributed work environment.
