Job Title: Manager Business Development (FPA / Damper & Steering)

Responsibilities and Functions:

• Drive business growth for Damper sealing products by developing OEM customers, expanding market share, and building long-term strategic relationships in the automotive sector.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers.
• Market mapping & Segmentation. Competitor analysis.
• Knowledge about engine & transmition application & should have seals background.
• Pricing & Commercial Management
• Achieve sales targets for damper seals and related components
• Coordinate with R&D; / Engineering teams for product development & Support technical discussions, product trials, validation
• Monitor Market Trends & Identify current segments
• Strategic planning and building up short- and long-term business plans.
