Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead quality assurance initiatives within our IT Services division, specifically focusing on the Salesforce Sales Cloud ecosystem. This pivotal role demands a deep expertise in automating testing procedures using advanced tools like Copado and Selenium to ensure the delivery of robust, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between development and quality assurance, driving process optimization and managing complex test data scenarios within an Agile setting. This position is critical for maintaining the integrity of our sales operations and ensuring seamless deployment cycles through rigorous manual and automated validation strategies.
Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated test suites using Selenium and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to validate Sales Cloud functionalities.

- Manage and orchestrate test data strategies to support realistic and secure testing environments across various development stages.

- Lead the optimization of QA workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market for new features.

- Perform in-depth manual testing to verify edge cases and complex business logic that automated scripts may not fully cover.

- Create, maintain, and refine detailed test cases and scenarios to ensure complete coverage of application requirements.





- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.

- Utilize Copado Automation tools to streamline deployment processes and ensure consistency across different Salesforce environments.

- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Possess 6 to 10 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Selenium Automation for building scalable and reliable test scripts.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud testing, including configuration, customization, and integration validation.

- Expertise in Test Data Management, including the creation of synthetic data and the sanitization of sensitive information.

- Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.

- Strong capability in QA Process Optimization, with a history of implementing strategies that improve testing efficiency and coverage.

- Solid background in Manual Testing, capable of performing exploratory testing and validating complex user journeys.

- Advanced skills in Test Case Design and Execution, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

- Specific experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Copado Automation tools is highly preferred.
