About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Application Architect with strong expertise in Java, React, and Python to lead the design and development of contemporary enterprise applications.

This is primarily a hands-on engineering role (80–90%) where the individual will actively contribute to architecture, coding, deployment, and technical implementation. While leadership capabilities are expected, the role is not focused on people management. The ideal candidate should be capable of mentoring team members when required while remaining deeply involved in the technical execution of projects.

The role involves working on scalable platforms focused on Public Health, Analytics, Data Exchange, AI-based applications, and modern UI-integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Define application architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
- Actively contribute to coding, code reviews, and solution implementation.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Python.
- Build responsive and modern user interfaces using React.
- Architect microservices-based and distributed systems.
- Design integration patterns for large-scale data exchange platforms.
- Lead deployment activities and ensure production readiness.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and AI teams.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance when needed.

- 7+ years of overall software development experience.
- Proven experience in architecting and building enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise across Java, React, and Python.
- Experience designing scalable application architectures.
- Experience managing deployments and production environments.
- Strong experience with Microservices, Kafka, CI/CD, and Cloud platforms.
- Experience working with Data Exchange platforms, AI-based applications, and UI-integrated solutions.
- Ability to balance architectural thinking with hands-on implementation.
