Job Description

Requirements:

- MBBS or equivalent medical degree with a specialization in Orthopedic Surgery (D.O., DNB, or equivalent).

- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in orthopedic trauma, preferably in a hospital or trauma center setting.

- Proven experience in managing acute fractures, joint injuries, and trauma-related orthopedic emergencies.

- Proficiency in orthopedic surgical techniques, including open and closed reduction, casting, traction, and fixation methods.

- Robust knowledge of imaging interpretation and diagnostic tools used in orthopedic trauma.

- Excellent clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency and high-acuity environments.

- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous quality improvement.

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent regulatory body).

- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on-call duties as required.
