About the client

Our client is building a healthcare technology product aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery for care providers in Australia. The product is currently in the Sandbox stage and preparing to move into Beta testing.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can take ownership of the product journey and drive it from Sandbox → Beta → Production → Client Adoption.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role holder will connect business requirements, Australian clients and the India-based development team, ensuring that market needs are translated into a clear product roadmap and ultimately into a reliable, scalable product that delivers measurable value to clients.

A significant part of the role involves working directly with clients in Australia. The successful candidate therefore needs strong experience managing international stakeholders across time zones, business expectations and development priorities.

This is a Gurugram-based role.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the product roadmap from Beta testing through production and client adoption.

- Understand market and client needs and translate them into clearly prioritized product features and requirements.

- Work closely with developers to define functional requirements, specifications, scope, timelines, workflows and UI/UX expectations before development begins.

- Act as the bridge between clients and developers, ensuring requirements are accurately understood, built, tested and delivered.

- Drive product quality by ensuring builds are appropriately scoped, tested and validated before client release.

- Own the release cycle, including testing coordination, Beta management, issue resolution and production releases.

- Establish structured feedback loops with clients and translate feedback into product improvements and roadmap priorities.

- Support the onboarding and product readiness of new paying clients as the platform scales.

- Anticipate product,

implementation and client-onboarding risks and work proactively with the team to close gaps.

- Work closely with the CEO on product priorities, trade-offs and commercial requirements.

- Anticipate and mitigate risks, think ahead about what can go wrong when onboarding clients and close those gaps early.

- Proven experience managing a technology product across its lifecycle, including roadmap, development, testing, releases and production.

- Experience working directly with software engineering/development teams.

- Previous hands-on software development/coding experience, even if this was earlier in the candidate's career.

- Experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or a senior member of a technical product team.

- Experience working directly with international clients or stakeholders. Exposure to Australia-based clients would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Skills & Attributes
Technical Skills

The candidate does not need to be a current hands-on developer, but must possess sufficient technical depth to challenge, guide and work effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred exposure includes:

- Full-stack development exposure, or robust depth in either:
- Front end: React, Angular, Vue

- Back end: Java,.NET, Python, Node.js

- Databases: SQL / NoSQL

- APIs and third-party integrations

- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP

- Modern development and deployment practices including Git and CI/CD

- Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

- Product/development tools such as Jira and Confluence

- Understanding of cybersecurity and secure development principles, including data protection and access control
