Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Service Manager (CSM) to manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery within the US IT staffing environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, solid relationship-management abilities, and experience working with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with US clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

- Understand client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.

- Coordinate with recruitment and internal teams to meet client expectations.

- Monitor service quality, performance, and client satisfaction.

- Address and resolve client concerns, issues, and escalations promptly.

- Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide status updates.





- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand business.

- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Client Service Management, Account Management, Staffing, or a related role.

- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.

- Experience working with US clients.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

- Experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.

- Willingness to work onsite in Vadodara and during the US night shift.
