Key Requirements: ⢠  Requires 5-6 Years of relevant experience. ⢠  Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise backup systems including Commvault, Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), NetBackup, Networker and DataDomain ⢠  Manage daily backup operations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis. ⢠  Perform regular restore testing and support recovery operations. ⢠  Maintain and optimize backup policies, schedules, and storage targets across platforms. ⢠  Administer and maintain Backend Storage and Data Domain infrastructure for backup storage and performance. ⢠  Ensure high availability and data protection across virtual and physical environments. ⢠  Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure backup coverage and capacity planning. ⢠  Document configurations, procedures, and recovery processes. ⢠  Ensure compliance with data retention policies, audit requirements, and security standards.



⢠  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations ⢠  Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking ⢠  Performs incident management and change management execution. ⢠  Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations. ⢠  Positive understanding on ITIL practices ⢠  Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now or Similar ticketing tools ⢠  Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. ⢠  Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data backup requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.Â
