Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our AI Platform initiatives. This role combines people leadership, engineering delivery, platform strategy, and technology execution to enable scalable and governed AI adoption across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams, and a solid understanding of modern AI technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and enterprise AI platforms. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for building and developing engineering talent, driving delivery excellence, contributing to AI platform strategy, and partnering with architects, product leaders, and business stakeholders to execute the AI Platform roadmap. Key Responsibilities People Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, data engineers, QA engineers, architects, and technical leads. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, and succession planning. Establish engineering best practices and promote technical excellence across teams. Drive team engagement, performance, and execution consistency. Delivery & Execution Own end-to-end delivery of AI Platform initiatives and products. Drive sprint planning, execution, risk management, dependency management, and release planning. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, Security, and DevOps teams. Remove delivery bottlenecks and proactively manage execution risks. Establish and monitor delivery KPIs, engineering metrics, and operational performance measures.



Platform Strategy & Technology Leadership Contribute to the strategic direction and roadmap of the enterprise AI Platform. Help define platform capabilities, reusable services, governance frameworks, and engineering standards. Drive adoption of platform-first thinking and reusable AI capabilities across teams. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks for enterprise adoption. Support architecture reviews and technology decision-making processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align platform investments with business outcomes. Engineering Excellence Promote up-to-date software engineering practices including CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, observability, and cloud-native development. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. Drive engineering productivity through automation, AI-assisted development, and reusable patterns. Establish operational excellence and continuous improvement practices. Skills and Requirements 12-16 years of software engineering experience. Minimum 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams. Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software products and platforms. Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams. Leadership & Delivery Strong experience in:

Experience building or managing AI Platform initiatives. Exposure to AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI ecosystems. Understanding of Knowledge Graphs and Business Ontologies. Experience with data engineering, analytics, or machine learning platforms. Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and full-stack application development.
