Product: Home Loan & LAP Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive mortgage business through the Open Market channel. The role will focus on customer acquisition, team/business development, market expansion, and achievement of Home Loan & LAP targets. Key Responsibilities Drive Home Loan & LAP business through the Open Market channel. Generate current business through direct customer acquisition and market sourcing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors and market intermediaries. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing. Monitor sales pipeline, conversions and business performance. Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with internal policies.
Eligibility Criteria Relevant experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales. Strong understanding of Open Market sales and customer acquisition. Good knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
