- 4-8+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio (must-have).
- Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Document Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
- Robust debugging skills using Studio logs and Workday error frameworks.
- Ability to understand functional HR/Payroll processes.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
