HR Business Partner | Bengaluru | 4 to 6 years only
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Advise on employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Use HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
- Support key HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.
Requirements
3+ years of HRBP experience
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Experience in fast-paced, energetic environments
Good understanding of employee relations and HR compliance
Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills
