Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and maintain solutions using IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM Case Manager
- Configure and manage document repositories content stores and metadata models
- Develop case management applications workflows and business processes
- Customize and extend IBM Content Navigator ICN applications and plugins
- Design and implement document lifecycle management and records management solutions
- Develop integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications such as ERP CRM and third party systems
- Configure security models access controls and governance policies
- Create and manage workflows using Process Engine and Case Manager
- Support content migration archival and digitization initiatives
- Troubleshoot performance workflow and repository issues
- Collaborate with business analysts architects and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance audit and regulatory requirements
