We are hiring for an International Voice Process – Travel Process for an immediate joining prospect. The role involves handling customer interactions for a US-based process and providing effective assistance through voice communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and requirements.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines and meet assigned performance targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process – Mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Shift & Work Details
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Rotational Shifts
- 2 Rotational Week-offs
- 2-way cab facility available within 20 km
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Compensation
- Up to ₹26,000 Take Home per month, based on eligibility and experience.
