Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and support analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics CJA
- Configure and manage data views connections and reporting environments within CJA
- Implement customer journey tracking across web mobile and offline channels
- Develop and maintain Experience Data Model XDM schemas and datasets in Adobe Experience Platform
- Create calculated metrics dimensions filters and advanced reports
- Build dashboards scorecards and visualizations to support business stakeholders
- Integrate multiple customer data sources into Adobe Experience Platform
- Analyze customer journeys and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing product business and data engineering teams to define analytics requirements
- Ensure data quality governance and compliance within the analytics ecosystem
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies reporting issues and ingestion failures
