Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop document processing solutions using OpenText Intelligent Document Processing IDP
- Configure and manage document classification extraction validation and workflow automation
- Develop OCR based solutions for processing structured semi structured and unstructured documents
- Configure extraction models and train machine learning models for document recognition
- Integrate OpenText IDP solutions with ECM ERP CRM and other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain APIs connectors and automation workflows
- Perform system configuration deployment troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
- Conduct testing quality assurance and production support activities
- Prepare technical documentation design specifications and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory requirements
