Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements functional specifications and user stories related to SAP SuccessFactors
- Design develop and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts
- Perform Functional Testing Integration Testing System Testing Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Validate end to end HR processes across SuccessFactors and integrated systems
- Execute data validation and reconciliation activities
- Log track and retest defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with HR business users functional consultants developers and integration teams
- Prepare test execution reports status reports and defect metrics
- Support SIT UAT release testing and production deployment activities
- Required SAP SuccessFactors Modules Experience




- Hands on testing experience in one or more of the following modules
- Employee Central EC
- Recruitment Management RCM
- Onboarding 2
- Performance Goals Management PMGM
- Learning Management System LMS
- Compensation Management
- Succession Development
- Time Off and Time Tracking
