Key Responsibilities:

- Design develop and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build and maintain customer journeys using Journey Builder
- Develop responsive email templates using HTML CSS AMPscript and Server Side JavaScript SSJS
- Configure and manage Email Studio Automation Studio Journey Builder Mobile Studio and Contact Builder
- Create automations for data imports exports segmentation and campaign execution
- Develop audience segmentation using SQL queries and Data Extensions
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM external applications and third party platforms using APIs
- Monitor campaign performance troubleshoot issues and optimize deliverability
- Implement personalization dynamic content and triggered communications
- Collaborate with marketing teams business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver customer engagement solutions
- Required Skills
- Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC
- Expertise in Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio and Contact Builder
- Experience in AMPscript SSJS HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript




- Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Extensions
- Experience with Triggered Sends Transactional Messaging and Dynamic Content
- Knowledge of REST APIs SOAP APIs and SFMC Integrations
- Experience with audience segmentation personalization and campaign automation
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Familiarity with Git CI CD processes and Agile methodologies
- Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud CDP
- Experience with MobilePush SMS WhatsApp and Mobile Studio
- Understanding of Customer 360 and omnichannel marketing strategies
- Experience with CRM integrations and customer analytics
