About the Role
Medico Workforce is looking for qualified and responsible MBBS Doctors to provide remote clinical support and telemedicine services. The selected doctor will interact with patients remotely, understand their medical concerns, provide appropriate clinical guidance, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote patient consultations through approved telemedicine channels.
- Take relevant medical history and assess reported symptoms.
- Provide appropriate clinical advice within the scope of MBBS qualification.
- Review available medical reports, prescriptions, and diagnostic information.
- Recommend investigations or referral to an appropriate specialist when clinically required.
- Provide appropriate prescriptions in accordance with applicable medical and telemedicine regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Educate patients regarding medications, preventive care, lifestyle, and follow-up.
- Identify cases requiring urgent in-person medical attention and advise patients accordingly.
- Follow applicable clinical protocols, ethical standards, and telemedicine guidelines.
Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC), as applicable.
- 0–5 years of clinical experience; fresh MBBS graduates may be considered.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with digital consultation platforms and electronic medical records.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telemedicine or online consultation.
- Familiarity with digital healthcare platforms.
- Good documentation and clinical communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi or another Indian language.
