About the Role

We are looking for a Process & Tool Specialist to support the improvement and optimization of sales processes, CRM workflows, and business tools.

The role will focus on translating business and sales requirements into practical process and tool solutions, improving workflow efficiency and data quality, reducing manual workarounds, and supporting successful adoption of new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and improve scalable sales process landscapes and translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly sales tools.

- Translate Go-to-Market (G2M) strategy and process requirements into clear process and tool specifications.

- Coordinate process and tool improvement initiatives and maintain improvement backlogs.

- Identify inefficient processes, workarounds, and manual activities and recommend simplification and automation.

- Define User Acceptance Criteria (UAC) and coordinate testing of tool/process changes.

- Work with business users and IT teams to validate system changes and ensure requirements are met.

- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, process standards, and adoption materials.

- Support rollout, training, and adoption of sales processes and tools.

- Identify and escalate adoption challenges, tool issues, process gaps, and data-quality risks.

- Collaborate with Sales, Business Analysts, IT/CRM Support, BI/Data teams, Sales Management, and other stakeholders.

- Support requirements related to KPIs, analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data quality.

- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable process and tool improvements.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives in an international and cross-functional environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Process & Tool Management, Sales Operations, Business Process Management, CRM, or a similar role.





- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, G2M workflows, and Corporate Sales requirements.

- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and practical process and tool requirements.

- Experience with process mapping, testing, documentation, UAT, and user adoption.

- Strong understanding of workflow improvement and process optimization.

- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or process simplification.

- Understanding of data quality, reporting logic, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics requirements.

- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, IT, Analytics, Business Analysts, and Process Owners.

- Robust analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.

- User-centric approach with the ability to understand business-user challenges.

- Ability to prioritize improvements and manage multiple requirements effectively.

- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment.

Preferred Profile

- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales tools.

- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Process Improvement, Process Excellence, or Tool/Product Management.

- Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience working with dashboards, BI tools, reporting, and data analytics.

- Experience coordinating with IT teams for system enhancements and tool implementation.

- Experience supporting user training, change management, and adoption.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who can bridge the gap between business/sales teams and technology teams.

You should be comfortable understanding business processes, identifying gaps, converting requirements into actionable tool/process changes, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful adoption by users.
