We’re looking for a Content Creator & Video Producer who can help build and grow a personal brand through high-quality short-form and long form video content.
What you’ll do:
• Shoot videos for the founder/personal brand
• Capture and frame videos professionally
• Work with provided scripts and help execute them on camera
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & other short-form content
• Add captions, cuts, transitions, music, B-roll, etc.
• Understand social media trends and create engaging content
• Manage the complete workflow from shoot → edit → final video
• Suggest creative ideas to improve content quality and engagement
✅ Who we’re looking for:
• Someone who understands Instagram Reels & short-form content
• Good knowledge of video shooting and editing
• Comfortable using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.
• Valuable sense of framing, lighting,
pacing and storytelling
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment
• Able to work from office and shoot content regularly
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome
⭐ Bonus if you:
• Have experience creating personal-brand content
• Understand viral/reel formats
• Know basic camera, lighting and audio setup
• Can make someone look natural and confident on camera
This is NOT just a video editing role.
You’ll be responsible for capturing the person, executing the scripts, shooting the content and turning it into polished short-form videos.
Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore
Salary: ₹18,000/month
