About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Qualified to join a growing team in the events and experiential industry. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, networking with industry professionals, and contributing to business growth.

Candidates with experience in event management, client acquisition, corporate sales, B2B business development, or related sectors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, corporate decision-makers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to secure new projects.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Generate and manage leads while maintaining accurate sales and activity records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and client requirements.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and client engagements.




- Analyze business performance and recommend strategies to improve results.
- Travel as required for client meetings, events, and business development activities.

Desired Profile

- 2 to 8 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Corporate Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in the event management, marketing, advertising, experiential, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working from the office and interacting with senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
