About the Opportunity

Our products serve millions of learners and educators, and we rely on robust, automated testing to ship high-quality experiences rapidly. As an IT QA Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our quality assurance pipeline—designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks across web and mobile platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites using Playwright for web and Appium/Webdriver for mobile apps.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to enable shift-left testing and continuous validation.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and QA sign-offs for sprints.
- Debug, triage, and report defects with clear reproduction steps, logs,



and screenshots; escalate critical blockers to leads.
- Optimize test stability, execution speed, and coverage through parallelization, test data management, and flake reduction.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent UX across platforms and OS versions.
