Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Accounts & Finance function of the organization.

- Oversee financial accounting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow and financial reporting.

- Handle project accounting, revenue recognition, receivables, payables and cost control.

- Ensure timely month-end/year-end closure, audits and statutory compliances.

- Monitor project-wise financial performance and provide financial insights to management.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and financial institutions.

- Manage,



mentor and guide the Accounts & Finance team.

- Strengthen financial processes, internal controls and reporting systems.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

- Strong expertise in project accounting, taxation, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting and cash flow management.

- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits and statutory compliance.

- Robust leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

- Excellent team management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
