Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle GTM configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, data management, testing, and migration activities. The candidate should be capable of working with business and technical teams across Supply Chain and Trade Compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain Oracle GTM configurations, including:

○ Agents

○ Workflows

○ Rules

○ Screen Sets

○ UI Layouts

○ User-defined logic

● Develop and maintain reports, documents, GTI dashboards, and notification templates. ● Develop and support integrations between Oracle GTM and external/internal systems, including ERP and brokerage systems.

● Support data cleansing and batch loads for products, parties, bills of materials, transactions, and related trade data.

● Conduct technical testing for enhancements, integrations, and Oracle GTM upgrades. ● Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and process documentation. ● Support user training, onboarding,



and Oracle GTM best practices.

● Support code/configuration migration activities across environments.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Business teams.

● Analyze and troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data-related issues. Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with customs filing tools or trade content providers, such as Descartes. ● Experience working with ERP platforms such as:

○ Oracle EBS

○ Oracle Fusion Cloud

○ SAP

○ JDE

● Experience/background in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or global trade operations. Core Competencies

● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

● Solid documentation and process-mapping capabilities.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
