About the Opportunity
A leading enterprise HR technology consultancy specializing in Workday implementations across India and APAC, we empower global organizations to modernize payroll, compensation, and workforce analytics through cloud-native platforms. Our consultants architect end-to-end Workday solutions that integrate payroll, advanced compensation, benefits, and global compliance—delivering scalable, audit-ready systems for complex multi-country enterprises.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll & Advanced Compensation implementations from scoping to go-live, including process mapping, configuration, and UAT support.
- Design and configure complex compensation plans, bonus structures, merit matrices, and incentive models aligned with global or regional business rules.
- Integrate Workday Payroll with external systems (bank feeds, tax engines, time tracking) and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
- Lead testing cycles—including regression, integration, and parallel pay runs—with finance, HR,



and payroll teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Train super-users and provide post-go-live support, resolving configuration and data issues while optimizing system performance.
- Collaborate with Workday Success and Finance teams to align compensation logic with financial reporting, GL integration, and budget modeling.
