Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps Services, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and cloud operations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, implementing, and managing scalable Azure infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines while ensuring high availability, security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Manage Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards, and related Azure DevOps services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Build automated deployment processes across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Configure and manage Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, and Azure Networking.
- Implement secure access using Azure Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
- Create and maintain reusable YAML-based Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Implement release strategies including Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments where applicable.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD, infrastructure, networking, and production-related issues.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, secret management, access controls, and security checks within CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, production support, and continuous improvement activities.




- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps Services, particularly:
- Azure Pipelines
- Azure Repos
- Azure Artifacts
- Azure Boards
- YAML Pipelines

- Strong experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
- Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes / AKS.
- Experience with Azure Networking, including VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers, and Application Gateway.
- Strong understanding of Azure Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
- Good knowledge of Linux administration.
- Solid scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code-review workflows.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Good understanding of cloud security, networking, SSL/TLS, DNS, and firewall concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and production-support capabilities.

Good to Have

- Experience with AWS & GCP
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployment automation.
- Experience implementing GitOps using Argo CD or Flux.
- Knowledge of SonarQube, SAST/DAST tools, and DevSecOps integrations.
- Experience with Ansible or other configuration-management tools.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-400 – Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions or other Azure certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale or microservices-based applications.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working independently on complex Azure DevOps and cloud engineering challenges.
